Owner and founder, Lynette Weatherford has been in the Human Resource field for more than 16 years. Her expertise includes working closely with business owners and their staff in implementing and enhancing the human resource process. Lynette earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University and is a Missouri State University Alumni.
In addition to her extensive training, education, and experience, she has her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification) and is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management, the Springfield, Missouri Area Human Resources Association, and the Branson, Missouri Tri-Lakes Human Resource Association. In addition, she is an active member of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce in Northwest Arkansas.
