    I work for an employer with 100 + employees and no governmental contracts. However, I was informed that we must submit an EEO-1 report each year. Is this true?

    Expert Answer

    The following provides a description of employers that are required to submit an EEO-1 Report each September 30th.

    1.  Employers with federal government contracts of $50,000 or more and 50 or more employees; and
     
    2.  Employers who do not have a federal government contract but have 100 or more employees
     
    The report must contain employment numbers from any pay period in July through September of that year.
