HR Tip of the Week: EEO-1 Pay Data Deadline – September 30th
EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) filers must submit Component 2 data, which includes employee pay data—sorted by race, ethnicity and sex, for calendar year 2017, in addition to data for calendar year 2018, by September 30, 2019. Please visit the EEOC website for general information.
