HR Advantage is seeking an HR Support professional with emphasis on HR training and leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and presenting employee and leadership training to small and large groups with emphasis on Human Resources, Culture, Team Building, etc.
This position will be working closely with an HR Advisor and designated clients to ensure that workforce objectives and strategies are being delivered to meet their business objectives. In addition to training, this position has a lot of variety; with supporting an HR Advisor on writing and revising employee handbooks, documents, client correspondence to providing research and discovery on employment related processes.
