Client Engagement Manager – Be the Face of HR Advantage in the Community!

We are looking for a dynamic, community‑minded Client Engagement Manager to carry our brand forward, keep our pipeline strong and join our team!

This role is equal parts relationship builder, brand ambassador, and business developer. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being the person everyone knows in the room.
Attend Chamber events, networking groups, and community gatherings
Build relationships with business owners, leaders, and potential clients
Represent HR Advantage as the friendly, knowledgeable face of outsourced HR
Manage the full prospecting cycle: outreach, discovery meetings, proposals, and engagement agreements
Conduct client prospecting meetings, renewal meetings and maintain strong relationships with current clients
Provide clear, engaging overviews of HR Advantage’s services
Educate prospects on the value of outsourced HR and how it benefits their business Serve as the “voice” of HR Advantage in the community
This is one of our most critical roles — you keep the pipeline flowing and help generate the revenue that fuels our mission. The right person will have a direct impact on our growth and long‑term success.
