  • Experience, Highlights & Achievements: I tend to be able to "fix" things - make processes more efficient, improve experiences, increase profitability, etc. Even during my internship in 1994, my employees were struggling balancing their tickets at the end of the night. I presented a new balance sheet to my supervisor that drastically reduced the employee time and frustration in balancing. At the request of my supervisor, I wrote several policies and/or procedures for LFCS Foundation because of my insight to how to address issues. This was outside my normal job responsibility. Working in nonprofit, I have a long history of reducing expenses.
