Other Training: Integrity Coaching- 2015 - Experience, Highlights & Achievements: Created hiring strategies, employee personnel policies, and employment hiring practices for over 50 licensed child care locations for the YMCA, when the before and after school program was very new. Led the Downtown YMCA with a starting deficit of over $200,000 annually, and cut that in half. Also decreased deficits with a resident camp and increased profits for the child care program over my tenure.
